Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on September 23 selected Perkins Easman, Posco E&Cand Jina joint ventures, as consultant for Hanoi construction plan.

The Construction Ministry was required to co-ordinate with the municipal People’s Committee and relevant agencies in inviting talented and experienced domestic and international experts to take part in the planning process which would be suitable with the capital city by 2020 and with a vision for 2050.
