Quoc Bao alone made a hattrick to earn Vietnam a place in the final.
Vietnam had beaten Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar and the Philippines to top Group A and outplayed Indonesia, Group B runners-up in the semi-final.
Earlier at the recent Asian futsal qualifier, Vietnam had lost 1-2 to Indonesia.
In the coming final, Vietnamese players will meet the winners of the match between Malaysia and hosts Thailand.
