Meanwhile, Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son dropped to No. 157 with an Elo of 2,629 because he didn’t participate in any international tournaments this past November.
The next major tournament on the horizon for the Vietnamese chess team is the World Blitz and Rapid Chess Championship scheduled for December 25-31 in Doha, Qatar.
