The parliamentary leader was speaking at a reception of newly-appointed Vietnamese Ambassador to Libya Do Ba Khoa in Tripoli on July 10.

Ambassador Khoa informed his host that Vietnam wishes to enhance its economic ties with Libya on par with their fine political relations for mutual benefit.

He also delivered a proposal of convening the tenth Vietnam-Libya Joint Committee in Hanoi to work on measures to strengthen bilateral relations.
