Foreign visitors enjoy strolling Hoi An despite flooding

VOV.VN -Torrential rains and rising flood water triggered by storm Damrey could not prevent numerous foreign tourists from visiting the ancient town of Hoi An in their own way.

Nearly 100 resorts, villas, and homestays in low-lying areas were submerged in flood water when the storm slammed into the central region on November 5.

Hoi An Town People’s Committee has directed local authorities to evacuate tourists and help them protect their belongings.
