Lan Anh to compete for Miss Tourism Worldwide title

VOV.VN - Pham Lan Anh, Vietnamese representative at Miss Tourism Worldwide 2019, has departed for Croatia to compete in the grand finale of the pageant which is scheduled to take place on June 1.

Pham Lan Anh has been selected to represent Vietnam at Miss Tourism Worldwide 2019. She stands at 1.72 metres tall, weighs 52kg, and measures 85-58-90.
The 28-year-old girl had previously graduated with an MA degree in economics from Meikai Tokyo university in Japan. In addition to this, she is a talented linguist and can speak fluently in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Italian.
She is also well experienced in prestigious beauty pageants having finished in the Top 10 of Miss Trang An 2017, being among the finalists of Miss World Vietnam 2014 in Japan, and being a Top 20 finisher at Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2014.
The Vietnamese entrant shines whilst in an outfit by designer Vy Ha at Noi Bai International Airport as she departs to Croatia.
In preparation for the pageant, she has spent time exercising and sharpening her skills ahead of the world pageant.
Lan Anh also unveils the Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional dress) that she will wear to compete in the national costume segment.
Lan Anh says that she prefers traditional designs over modern styles because they allow her look more confident.
She has chosen an Ao Dai by designer Ngan Le which features hand-made embroidery patterns to wear during the national costume segment of the upcoming pageant.
