Exhibition ‘Writing with Light’ to open in Hanoi

The 10 day event will feature 47 photographs that have been widely published in the international media and primarily focus on humanitarian conflicts around the globe such as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Other issues include poverty, the tsunami in Southeast Asia, the earthquake in Haiti, AIDS in South Africa and more— but it’s the essence of light in all its varied forms that truly makes the exhibition remarkable.

This moving and challenging collection portrays the many ways in which Koren has experienced humanitarian subjects and conflicts through a connection to light such as sunlight, fog, night-time shadows and city street lights.
