During the conferment ceremony, State President Triet highlighted the great efforts made by Mr Khai, who is also former director of the Cardiovascular Institute in conducting valuable scientific researches and training many doctors who have devoted themselves entirely to the development of the health sector and the Vietnam Cardiovascular Association.

Mr Triet called on health workers nationwide to study and follow the bright examples set by outstanding doctors in improving people’s health. The Vietnamese Party and State have always paid special attention to improving people’s health, said Mr Triet.
