Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company has signed a contract with the Hanshin Group of the Republic of Korea to rebuild an apartment block in Hanoi’s Kim Lien residential area.
Site clearance and construction are slated for next month.
The project will replace 500 apartments with updated ones at an estimated cost of US$20 million.
