The Thanh Cong Textile & Garment Joint Stock Company (TCM) has signed a contract to supply 1 million high-quality fashion products to the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. - one of the US's largest distributors of fashion goods. The products will be delivered in the third quarter of this year.
