The Vietnam Guinness Book Centre (Vietbooks) on March 20 granted a certificate of record to Do Nhat Nam, a primary school pupil, recognizing him as Vietnam’s youngest translator.

The seven-year old translator, who is currently a second grade pupil at Le Quy Don Primary School in Hanoi, has translated two books for children namely Mat troi moc, mat troi lan (Sun up, Sun down) and Nap dien (Charging about).

The books have been published by the Social and Labour Publishing House and Thaihabooks Joint Stock Company.
