With two main themes: work and life, and communication culture and behaviour, the gala is a forum for businesswomen to affirm their role in the community, share experience, and develop the network. They discussed how to build business culture, communication and behaviour skills and maintain happy families.

Trinh Thu Huong, director of Van Lan Ltd Company said her company has to co-ordinate and compete with other HNEW member companies, especially when Vietnam begins to integrate deeply into the international economy. Co-ordination among businesses is very important as they have to face a lot of challenges in the integration process.

Pham Chi Lan, member of the Prime Minister’s Research Board said businesswomen should work harder and gain more achievements to contribute to the current process of socio-economic development.
