The group also reported that it sold nearly 67.7 billion kWh of commercial power to the people for daily use and production in the reviewed period. 

EVN has forecast that the national power grid would generate about 251 million kWh a day in December.

The 500 kV north-south power line is transmitting power from the south to serve the north, as northern hydro-electric power plants are in a seasonal phase of storing water in their reservoirs for irrigating the winter-spring crops, as well as for generating power for the nation during the dry season in 2010.
