In a letter to President Tran Dai Quang, President Donald Trump affirmed his wish to promote bilateral cooperation in all fields. Leaders from both countries appear keen to expand bilateral ties. It is time for the US to get real about addressing Agent Orange contamination in Vietnam and promote bilateral defense cooperation, the article added.
