Bangkok Airways flies to Danang
Bangkok Airways has opened a new air route linking Bangkok and Danang with four weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, chairman of Bangkok Airways Public Co, said in a statement that the airline has chosen Danang as the central coastal city of Vietnam is considered one of its strategic aviation hubs in Southeast Asia.
Danang is one of the attractive tourist destinations for those who want to explore the attractions of central Vietnam. Danang is Vietnam’s third biggest city with big seaports and close to UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the ancient town of Hoi An and the former imperial capital of Hue.
All passengers of Bangkok Airways will be served free snacks and beverages with free Wi-Fi Internet access at the carrier’s boutique lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok. There is also a kid’s corner in the lounge area.
Meanwhile, the airline’s business-class passengers of Blue Ribbon Club or any passengers owning Flyer Bonus Premier membership cards can enjoy extra treats such as meals, a personal shower room, a massage parlor, and a library at the Blue Ribbon Club Lounge.
The route will make it easier for passengers of Bangkok Airways’ airline partners around the world to travel to Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi and HCMC.
Currently, Bangkok Airways is the only airline operating direct services between Thailand and Danang.
