VOV.VN - On the morning of November 7, President Tran Dai Quang hosted an official welcome ceremony for his Irish counterpart Michael D. Higgins at Hanoi-based Presidential Palace.

Irish President Michael D. Higgins is on a State-level visit to Vietnam November 5-14 at the invitation of Vietnamese State leader Tran Dai Quang.



The two presidents inspect the guard of honour.



The two presidents hold talks immediately after the welcome ceremony.



After talks, both State leaders witness the sigining ceremony of a number of cooperation documents between the two nations
