VOV.VN - A resident of the southern province of An Giang was the lucky owner of the latest winning lotto ticket for the jackpot worth US$3.3 million. 
The winners received their check at a ceremony held today (June 20), said Vietlott, operator of the lottery. The name of the winner is not being released, purportedly at their request, Vietlott represented.
