Long Thanh airport terminal designs showcased

The Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) held an exhibition in Hanoi on November 28 to collect public feedback on terminal designs for Long Thanh International Airport.

Of the nine designs on display, three had been selected by the ACV, with one in the shape of a lotus flower submitted by a company from the Republic of Korea.

A design from a Vietnam-Japan-Singapore joint venture features palm-leaf details, while the other designed by a Japan-France joint venture uses bamboo furniture.

The exhibition lasts until December 12.

It will be held in the central city of Danang from December 16 to 25 and in the southern province of Dong Nai from December 28 to January 11, 2017.

The last destination is Ho Chi Minh City where the event is scheduled to take place between January 13 and 23 next year.
