Hanoi Land Fund Centre goes into operation on September 1
The Hanoi Land Fund Development Centre will come into operation on September 1, merging all existing land fund development centres in the city.
The centre, which is part of Hanoi’s Department of Natural Resources and Environment, is intended to develop, manage and use land funds throughout the city.
It is capable of distributing compensation payouts and support resettlement; transferring land use rights of individuals, organisations and households; and holding land use rights auctions and other services regarding land.
