Tourism art photo contest opens for entries

VOV.VN - An artistic photo contest on the theme ‘I love Vietnam’ was launched in Hanoi on January 10, with the aim of promoting tourism in Vietnam and raising public awareness about tourism to attract more foreign arrivals to the country.

The event is the eighth of its kind organized by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism with sponsorship from the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA) and is underway from January to June 2018.

The awards ceremony will be held in late June 2018 to celebrate the 58th founding anniversary of the Vietnamese tourism sector (July 9, 1960).

Entries should be submitted through the website http://www.anhnghethuatdulich.com. This is the first time that the organizing board have set up a digital entry process. The deadline for submissions is no later than midnight on June 10, 2018.

Eligible candidates are Vietnamese people at home and abroad and foreigners working and living in Vietnam with no age limit. There will be one first place prize, two second place, three third place, and five consolation prizes awarded to entrants with the best photos.
