Reference exchange rate drops VND1

With the current /- 3 percent VND/US$ trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,019 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,679 VND per US$. 

Commercial banks maintained their rates stable in the opening hours.

Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,695 VND/US$ and the selling rate at 22,765 VND/US$, unchanged from the end of last week.

Techcombank kept its buying and selling rates unchanged at 22,685 VND and 22,775 VND, per US$.

BIDV listed its buying and selling rates at 22,695 VND and 22,765 VND, per US$, unchanged from the end of last week.
