Over VND45.5 billion raised for Truong Sa fund

More than VND45.5 billion (US$2.03 million) was raised for the “Vi Truong Sa than yeu” (For beloved Truong Sa) fund by May 30, according to the standing board of the Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee.

Of the total amount, VND15.5 billion (US$0.73 million) was mobilised by the municipal Fatherland Front Committee and VND30 billion (US$1.3 million) by the committees at lower levels.

Most of the departments, agencies, enterprises and localities actively responded to the fundraising.
