New tourist destinations in Ninh Binh province

VOV.VN - Around 90km from Hanoi, Ninh Binh province is blessed by nature with many fascinating natural landscapes, including Cuc Phuong National Park, Mua Cave and Chau Son Cathedral.

Cuc Phuong National Park is around 50km from Ninh Binh City and 120km from Hanoi. From April to late May is a breeding season of butterflies. Coming to Cuc Phuong, visitors can contemplate different kinds of butterflies besides diverse fauna and flora.



Next to Trang An Complex, the African tribal village in Kong: Skull Island movie was set up and open to the public from April 15.



An Tiem Cave, one of the oldest caves in Vietnam, is part of Hoa Lu Complex, around 10km from the city’s centre. 



Mua cave (dancing cave) is near Tam Coc. About more than 500 steps to climbing up the mountain, Mua cave is one of the most beautiful places to view in Ninh Binh. Traveller can see the city far from the standing in front of, Tam Coc in back and the limestone mountain along to the south of Vietnam.


Chau Son Cathedral in Nho Quan District was built in 1939. It is around 35km from the city’s centre and 100km from Hanoi. It was designed in the Gothic architectural style, mainly with the material of unplastered red bricks to engender in it a distinct beauty, absolute simplicity, trueness to life and uttermost warmth.
