Wild Alaskan salmon at Café Cardinal

During this month, Café Cardinal on level 6 of Times Square Building in District 1 will feature a selection of imported wild Alaskan salmon in choice recipes.

Highlights include salmon served with arugula salad, parmesan cheese, and salmon roe. 

For main courses, guests can savor the taste of pan-seared salmon served with green pea risotto (Italian rice) and fennel salad or the favorite poached salmon filet with spinach, asparagus and Hollandaise sauce (an emulsion of egg yolk, liquid butter, water and lemon juice). 

Salmon is available on an à la carte menu with prices starting at VND228,000++ per serving.
