HCM City to pilot high-quality buses on two routes
A number of high-quality buses will be used on a trial run on bus routes No 03 and 33 in December, said Ho Chi Minh City's Department of Transport.
Both of the routes will carry passengers from the city centre to outlying areas. Each day, bus route No 03 (23/9 Park – Ben Thanh – Thanh Loc) will have 312 trips, while bus route No 33 (An Suong – Vietnam National University) will have 440 trips.

The department said the buses will use environmentally friendly Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and offer better quality services than many that are used now.
The buses will be punctual and continue to offer discounts for students, the elderly and people with disabilities. The bus workers will also be polite and professional, according to the department.
The trial run will last for three months. Feedback will be monitored regularly.
