Anh Vien reaches finals at FINA Swimming World Cup

VOV.VN - On October 25, Nguyen Thi Anh Vien made it through to the final round of competition in the women’s 200 metre individual medley at the FINA Swimming World Cup in Tokyo, Japan. 

She clocked a time of 2:11:28, good enough to qualify for one of the eight slots entering the final round taking place later in the day, at 3:53 p.m. on October 25 (Hanoi time).
   

Earlier in qualifying rounds, Anh Vien came up short in the women’s 200 metre individual freestyle and backstroke events with a time of 1:58:28 and 2:08:07, not good enough to make the finals.
