Congratulations to Myanmar on Independence Day
VOV.VN - On January 3, President Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc extended their congratulations to Myanmar President Htin Kyaw on the 70th anniversary of Independence Day of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (January 4).
On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a congratulatory message to State Counsellor of Myanmar Aung San Suu Kyi.
