Tokyo Gas plans expansion in Ha Nam

VOV.VN - The Dong Van III Industrial Zone at the Duy Tien District in Ha Nam Province could soon have a new industrial gas depot, said representatives of Tokyo Gas Co, Japan's largest and one of the world's leading gas companies.

They made the revelation on March 1 at a due diligence meeting with provincial leaders, discussing the specific details of the Japanese companies plan to expand its operations into Southeast Asia.

“We see a lot of upside to doing business in Southeast Asia”, said company rep Yusuke Hirase, and we think that the Dong Van III Industrial Zone in Ha Nam is a choice location for us.

It’s just a matter of working out the final details before we make our final decision.

Tokyo Gas established a representative office in Hanoi on February 11, 2015. It is one of Japan’s major gas utilities, serving over 11 million customers and supplying some 14 billion cubic meters of gas each year.
