Three bombs detected in Hoa Binh province

(VOV) - Three unexploded bombs weighing around 250 pounds have been discovered in Phuong Lam ward, Hoa Binh City.

They lie 2.5 m underground and are spaced 4-5m apart from each other.

Soon after receiving the information, Hoa Binh City's Military Command sent its staff to assist the relevant agencies with checking and identifying the kinds of bombs detected. They concluded that the bombs are remnants of the Vietnam War.

The staff handed over the three bombs to the relevant authorities for defusal and continued to search the surrounding areas.
