Vietnamese students returning from abroad will meet at Hanoi National University on January 6 for the 2007 festival. The event is expected to attract about 300 Vietnamese students from many countries worldwide and thousands of students from across the country.

These students will exchange views on their responsibility towards the cause of national construction.

The festival will be jointly hosted by the Vietnam Students Association, Khuyen Hoc (Study Encouragement) and Dan Tri (People’s Knowledge) newspapers and Vietnamese and international volunteers to mark the Vietnamese Students’ Day on January 9.

The event will be held annually with the participation of students who have successfully studied overseas, other students who are returning home on the holiday and those who are expected to study abroad soon.
