Media agencies urged to communicate national development

(VOV) -Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education Dinh The Huynh chaired a meeting with press agencies on February 24.

He urged press agencies to improve their quality, efficiency, leadership, and management to more effectively communicate this year’s important events, contributing to national development.
In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said he hoped that media agencies would continue to help the government build a law-governed state and promote patriotism in the cause of protecting national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Dam thanked journalists and reporters for contributing to the effective operation of the Government as well as ensuring defence and security.

He also underscore the need for media agencies to effectively and creatively cover the 40th anniversary of the country’s Unification Day, the 125th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday, and Party congresses at all levels.
