The event was jointly held by the Vietnam Beach Volleyball Federation, the Ba Ria-Vung Tau provincial Department for Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Ho Chi Minh City-based Tanimex company.

This year’s competition has attracted 12 men’s teams and 9 women’s teams from six provinces and cities nationwide.

Winners will be awarded cash prizes worth nearly VND100 million in total. The organizing board will also present the “Miss Beach Volleyball” title based on reporters’ vote.
