President visits Binh Dinh province
(VOV) - President Truong Tan Sang paid a working visit to the central province of Binh Dinh from February 20-21 to inspect its socio-economic performance.
He also conducted a fact-finding tour of fishing activities in Tam Quan estuary, visited and presented gifts to social beneficiaries and poor households in the province’s low-land areas.

President Sang also visited Nhon Hoi economic zone which covers an area of 12,000 hectares attracts 34 investment projects worth US$1.2 billion.
The province is cooperating with Thailand’s Oil and Gas Group on a feasibility project for a petro-chemical refinery complex in the zone.
President Sang applauded Binh Dinh’s efforts in developing the fishery sector and building new rural areas and asked the locality to capitalize on investment sources to ensure sustainable growth in the time to come.
