The second place was secured by Ben Tre team with five gold, three silver and two bonze medals, while Can Tho team ranked third with three gold, five silver and four bronze medals.

The tournament drew the participation of more than 160 athletes, including 63 female athletes, from 14 provinces and cities across the country. It aimed to restore and develop the traditional sports game of Vietnam.

Best players at the tournament were selected for the national team in preparation for regional and international competitions.
