Addressing the event, Mr Ca reiterated Vietnam’s policy to welcome and create favourable conditions for regional and international businessmen and investors to come to the country.

The forum, held by the China International Trade Promotion Committee in collaboration with the Chinese side in the China-ASEAN Secretariat, drew nearly 200 delegates from China, Japan, the Republic of Korea and 10 member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Participants discussed regional economic and trade situation. They agreed that regional economies need to enhance cooperation, expand mutual investment, improve regional competitiveness and boost trade and investment promotion, as well as cooperation in the region.
