The seminar attracted many businesses, domestic and foreign experts in the vocational training field. It provided a good chance for Vietnamese businesses to access modern vocation training models and Norwegian experience in managing vocational training systems to improve the quality of training skilled workers to meet the requirements of the international integration process.

Speaking at the seminar, a NFSEU representative affirmed that Norwegian businesses are willing to provide assistance in vocational training to Vietnamese partners, especially to private enterprises.

The NFSEU signed with VCCI a co-operation agreement in the 2006-2010 period, particularly relating to five co-operation projects to study legal framework support for vocational training.
