Master Chef Nhat puts pizazz in Vietnamese cooking

(VOV) - Master Chef Hoang Minh Nhat delighted hundreds of guests who had gathered on October 31 aboard the Harems 2 five-star luxury cruise liner in Da Nang for a Halloween get together with a new recipe for a cocktail appetizer made of bread. 

Chef Nhat was entertaining the partygoers with various ways to prepare appetizers when she concocted a hors d'oeuvre that included a combination of venison and fresh Wampi (clausena indica) leaves.

“In recent years the pizazz of Vietnam’s cuisine has become more popular on websites for travellers like SkyScanner,” said Grachevsky Boris, an artist from Russia as a result of culinary events like these.
