Vietnam has experienced a sudden increase in tra catfish exports in the first half of this year, according to the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP).

By the end of June, Russia had imported a total of 44,649 tonnes of tra catfish worth US$73,851 million in value, becoming the third biggest importer of Vietnamese tra catfish after the European Union (EU) and Japan.
