After the nine-day tournament, the Hanoi team won first prize in both the Rowing and Canoeing events.

In the Canoeing event, Hanoi obtained 7 golds, 9 silvers and 4 bronzes, followed by Quang Ninh in second place with 6 golds, 2 silvers and 1 bronze, and Thai Nguyen third with 6 golds, 1 silver and 3 bronzes.

Meanwhile, In the Rowing event, Hanoi ranked first with 6 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals. Thanh Hoa placed second with 3 golds and 1 bronze, and Da Nang made third with 2 golds and 2 bronzes.

The tournament was organised by the General Department for Sport and Physical Training in coordination with Da Nang’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The championships attracted 152 rowers from 16 teams nationwide.
