Gymnasts, track stars touch gold

The most recent gold medals went to three male sharpshooters Ngo Huu Vuong in the 10m running target, Hoang Xuan Vinh in the 25m Center Fire Pistol and Nguyen Duy Hoang in the 50m Rifle 3 Position events.

Meanwhile, chess Grandmaster Le Quang Liem triumphed in the men’s Blindfold Chess Pairings and his two team mates Dao Thien Hai and Nguyen Thi Thanh An dominated the Mix Individual Standard Chess event.

The rowing team also captured two golds as Tran Thi Sam and Pham Thi Thao finished first in the women’s doubles W2 event and four other female athletes easily won the team’s W4X event.
