A project to support Vietnamese non-governmental organisations (VNGOs) in coping with climate change in the southern provinces of Tra Vinh and Ben Tre was launched in Ho Chi Minh City on August 4.
The project, co-organised by the Finish embassy in Vietnam and the Centre for Cooperation Human Resource Development (R&D), will be implemented in two years with a total capital of EUR160,000.
VNGO members will attend different training courses aimed at providing them with updated information and improving their communication capacity to deal with the changeable weather caused by the climate change.
