Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on October 25 sent a message of sympathy to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan over human and property losses caused by a recent powerful earthquake.
The 7.2 magnitude quake that hit Van city and caused aftershocks in adjacent areas on October 23 has so far killed at least 366 people and injured 1,300 others.
