Vietnamese businesses signed with foreign partners from the Republic of Korea, Japan and China 26 investment deals and contracts on the transfer of technology to environmental protection worth around US$20.5 million at the international fair-exhibition on environmental technology, which closed in Hanoi on April 18.

During this event, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment honoured 15 local and foreign units that have contributed to Vietnam's environmental protection.

The five-day fair-cum-exhibition was jointly organised by the Ministries of Natural Resources and the Environment, Sciences and Technology and Industry and the RoK Ministry of Environment.
