A three-day international education seminar entitled “Education and Training: seeking quality” was held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 18 by the Ho Chi Minh City Economics Institute, the French Research Institute for Development (IRD) and Strategic Institute.

The seminar attracted more than 120 scientists and education managers from Vietnam and 18 other countries, including China, Cambodia, Japan, Malaysia, India, the UK, France, Canada, Algeria, Belgium, and Greece.

Participants presented nearly 60 reports, focusing on introducing and analysing strategies to improve education quality and the prospects for education in Vietnam.
