Construction of the first vocational training school for children with disabilities and orphans is underway in Dong Hoa district in the northern province of Thai Binh.
The three-storey building is expected to be completed within five months.
The facility is sponsored by AL & PEGGY DEMATTELS Charity Fund to the tune of US$180,000.
