Irina Bokova, Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), has also extended congratulations to State President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung.
