Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on July 14 sent a message of condolence to his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh over the explosions in Mumbai a day earlier.
The three near-simultaneous explosions in the Zaveri Bazaar, the Opera House business district and Dadar district in the city centre were said to have killed 17 people and injured 130 others.
