A unique fair in Ha Giang

Pho Cao Fair in the mountainous province of Ha Giang is a unique event in that visitors do not  know exactly when it meets again next time.

The fair is held “backwardly,” that is, if it meets on Sunday this week, it will be held on Saturday next week, and Friday the week after next week. An ethnic minority woman carrying items to sell at the fair on her back - Photos: Trung Dinh
