Phan Thanh Tung, Secretary General of the Hanoi Business Association said the forum will focus on major themes such as financial crises and difficulties with which enterprises have to cope after joining the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA).

The event will provide opportunities for ASEAN enterprises to share experiences and Vietnamese enterprises to promote their trademarks. It also aims to honour outstanding businessmen and enterprises through the ASEAN Business Gold Cup.

The ACBF is expected to draw around 1,000 representatives from governments, enterprises, and management agencies from ten ASEAN member countries as well as policy makers and senior economic experts in the region.
