Twenty students from the Lao province of Champassak arrived in the central province of Quang Ngai on October 2 to start their education at the province’s universities.

The province will receive another 10 students from Laos’ Sekong province on October 15.

The students will study electrical engineering, information technology, finance and banking from 2008-2013.

This is part of a cooperation agreement between Quang Ngai province and southern Lao  provinces.
